IT Business Systems Analyst/QA Lead

What You’ll Do

• Act as a liaison between business teams, IT, and support functions.
• Be the subject matter expert for our CSM system, including integrations and reporting.
• Analyze, document, and optimize business processes to enhance system performance.
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure our systems function flawlessly.
• Create, modify, and deploy reports to support business decision-making.
• Research and recommend the best tools and technologies for our evolving needs.
• Conduct database queries and reporting to drive efficiency and insights.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4+ years of experience in business system analysis and software testing.
• Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and reporting platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A passion for collaboration and building strong business relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel occasionally (5-10%).

Our Massachusetts based starting salary for this role ranges from $85K – $125K annually.   The salary range does not reflect total compensation which includes a base salary, benefits and other options.
